Leadership
Sam Giliberto
Sam has more than twenty five years of experience manufacturing, importing and distributing highly engineered cold formed products for the automotive industry. Among the achievements are quality certifications: ISO-9000, QS-9000, TS-16949. In addition to all of this, under Sam’s direction, the company had begun pursuit of ISO-14001 at the time of its sale. This drive toward a more energy and environmentally conscious company combined with his extensive knowledge of process and quality systems sparked the vision of New Edison Energy.
Tyler Erickson
Tyler’s vast experience in the fields of engineering and construction has grown from his diverse background. His founding of a successful commercial and residential general contracting company allowed him to use skills ranging from installing electrical systems, to building complete structures. His past also includes the management of a team of engineers for highly complex diesel fuel injection system with a goal of reducing emissions and improving overall efficiency. A hands-on project manager, Tyler has a passion for developing environmentally friendly technologies including small wind, solar, and geo-thermal systems.
Mark Kelly
Mark became a partner in New Edison Energy, LLC in August 2010. His area of focus is energy efficiency implementation with specialities in grocery, food service and commercial properties. Mark is the former President and CEO of Urban Innovations, a Chicago-based real estate development company. His background includes more than 25 years in commercial real estate, property management, construction and architecture. Mark holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in architecture from the University of Illinois. Mark is a past-President of the Survive Alive House Foundation and the River North Business Association.
